Returns & Exchange Policy
We accept returns on all full priced items within 5 days of receiving your order for an exchange or credit note. All items must be unused and in original working condition with tags attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.
We only offer full refunds on items that are faulty.
Shipping return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are found to be faulty.

Shipping & Handling
Orders received will be dispatched within 2 working days – pending credit verification.
Free shipping is offered on all domestic order over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will be charged a shipping fee of 9.95. Express shipping options are also available domestically for $19.95. All international orders incur a shipping charge of $24.95.
Please allow 5 business days on domestic orders and 10 days on international orders.
We send shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to follow your order with the link provided in this email.
